Terms and Conditions – PK 07 Online Gaming Pakistan

1Introduction

Welcome to pk 07. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk 07 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account on pk 07, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

PK 07 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in Pakistan. All transactions, balances, bonuses, and payouts on pk 07 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform operates with a commitment to fair play, transparent bonus conditions, and responsible gaming practices.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or continue using pk 07. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, card games, online casino, PSL betting, cricket betting, ludo games, and all other products available under the pk 07 brand.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use pk 07, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 07 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be accessing pk 07 from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is permitted under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of pk 07 complies with the laws of your location.
• You must not be a professional athlete, referee, club official, or any person whose participation in sports creates a conflict of interest with any market available on pk 07's sports betting section.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using pk 07. Each account must represent a single, real, individual user.
• You must not be excluded or banned from pk 07 under a previous self-exclusion request or disciplinary suspension.

PK 07 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated during a period where eligibility was not met may be void and forfeited.

3Account Registration & Verification

Each person may hold only one active account on pk 07. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts associated with that individual being suspended and all balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

When registering on pk 07, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

PK 07 may require identity verification at any stage of your account's lifetime, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when we have reason to believe account information may be inaccurate. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), mobile number confirmation, or other documents as requested.

• Your pk 07 account login credentials (username and password) are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your pk 07 account, contact support immediately.
• PK 07 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to safeguard their credentials.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, applied against the remaining account balance, or may be closed at pk 07's discretion.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at pk 07 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PK 07 supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time at pk 07's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at pk 07 is Rs 200. Deposits are generally credited to your pk 07 wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 30 minutes for bank transfers and card payments, subject to the payment provider's processing times. PK 07 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount at pk 07 is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 3 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 30 minutes. There are no withdrawal fees charged by pk 07. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk 07 account.

• PK 07 may require verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of our anti-fraud and player protection procedures.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by pk 07 support.
• Any attempt to manipulate the deposit or withdrawal process, including exploiting payment timing, will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
• PK 07 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or mobile wallet networks outside our control.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

PK 07 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses offered by pk 07 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at pk 07 is 20x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, which is typically 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your pk 07 wallet. Real money is used before bonus funds in most game types unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributed to bonus play.
• Not all games on pk 07 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Card games and casino games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the game type. Specific contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• PK 07 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before wagering is complete, the unconverted bonus amount is removed and real-money winnings generated from real-money bets placed during the bonus period are retained.
• Players who have registered more than one account on pk 07 are not eligible to claim any bonus offer. Bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering to clear bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

6Gaming Rules

All games available on pk 07 – including live card games, casino games, and RNG-based games – are governed by specific game rules that are accessible from within each game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and players are responsible for reading and understanding them before placing real-money bets.

PK 07's live dealer games use physical cards dealt by professionally trained dealers in real-time studio environments. RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested for fairness. PK 07 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session at pk 07, the bet will be voided and the stake returned unless the hand or round has been fully completed and the result confirmed.
• If a player disconnects mid-round, the game engine will complete the hand according to predetermined rules (e.g., stand in Blackjack, or equivalent game-specific defaults). PK 07 accepts no liability for losses resulting from player-side technical issues including internet connection failures.
• Any attempt to use software, scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any pk 07 game constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game at pk 07 are displayed within the game interface and may vary by table type and game variant.

7Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of pk 07 covers cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, field hockey, basketball, badminton, and other sports as listed on the platform. All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body unless otherwise stated in pk 07's sports betting rules.

Pre-match bets accepted by pk 07 are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds current at the moment pk 07's system confirms the bet. There may be a brief delay between a player clicking to accept odds and bet confirmation during in-play betting due to live odds movement.

• If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours (football) or 72 hours (cricket, other sports) of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.
• If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum time required for a result to stand (determined per sport and competition type), all bets are voided unless a result has been officially declared.
• In accumulator bets at pk 07, a voided selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections continue. The accumulator payout is recalculated based on remaining selections only.
• PK 07 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of an event was already known, where a system error resulted in clearly incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns related to match manipulation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day on pk 07's sports betting section. Maximum single-bet payout is Rs 2,000,000. Maximum daily payout per player is Rs 5,000,000. These limits may be adjusted for specific events at pk 07's discretion.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk 07 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one pk 07 account per person, household, or IP address without prior written permission from pk 07.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Cheating: Using software bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage at any pk 07 game or sports betting market.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live card games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Money laundering: Using pk 07 as a mechanism to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. PK 07 fully cooperates with financial crime investigations where required by law.
• Insider betting: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, including but not limited to information from team members, officials, or match-fixers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made and credited to your pk 07 account.

9Account Suspension & Closure

PK 07 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• PK 07 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's continued use of pk 07 may result in legal or regulatory risk to the platform.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under pk 07's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk 07 will communicate with the account holder through the registered contact details within 5 business days. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, pk 07 will retain any balances associated with prohibited conduct. Where a closure is for any other reason (including voluntary closure by the player), any remaining real-money balance after bonus deductions will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact pk 07 support at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10Intellectual Property

All content on pk 07 – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, written content, software, and platform design – is the intellectual property of pk 07 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any player a licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the pk 07 platform.

Players may not take screenshots, recordings, or extracts of pk 07 game outcomes for commercial purposes or to misrepresent the platform. Any unauthorised use of pk 07 branding or intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

11Privacy & Data

PK 07 collects and processes personal data from players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering on pk 07, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PK 07 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is used exclusively for operating your account, processing PKR transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the pk 07 platform experience. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and appropriate security controls at rest.

12Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their pk 07 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period to increase.
• Loss Limits: Players can set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set a maximum session duration after which they are automatically logged out of pk 07.
• Reality Checks: PK 07 can be configured to display how long a session has been active and the net result of bets placed during that session at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players can request voluntary self-exclusion from pk 07 for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits or bets are accepted. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk 07 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.

PK 07 provides the platform on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, pk 07 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

PK 07's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

14Changes to These Terms

PK 07 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations – pk 07 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice through in-platform notifications and/or email to the registered address on file.

Where changes are minor (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or additions of new game-specific rules that do not alter existing player obligations), they may be applied immediately with the updated "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of this page.

Continuing to use pk 07 after the effective date of any Terms change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
